An Introductory Consultation: Let's start by getting to know each other. During this consultation, we'll discuss your hopes, concerns, and preferences for your birth experience. We'll also discuss any fears or anxieties you may have and work together to address them.

Weekly Check-Ins: Throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period, we'll have weekly check-ins to ensure that you're feeling supported, and your needs are being met.

Two Prenatal Visits in Your Home: These visits are conducted in the comfort of your own home, allowing me to better understand your space and preferences for creating the perfect birthing environment, whether it's for a home birth, hospital birth, or birthing center.

Creation of Birth Plan: Together, we'll explore your birth options and preferences. I'll guide you through the creation of a personalized birth plan that reflects your wishes, including preferences for cesarean birth, comfort measures, and information about commonly used medical interventions.

Setting the Birth Environment: During labor, I'll work with you to set the perfect environment for your birthing experience. Whether you desire a calming atmosphere, specific lighting, music, or rituals that hold personal or spiritual significance, I'll customize the environment to add magic and make your birthing experience truly special.

Continuous Labour/Birth Support: From the moment you need me until your little one arrives, I'll be there providing unwavering support, encouragement, and advocacy. I'll also provide support for your partner or other birth support person, if you have one, ensuring that everyone feels empowered and included in the birthing process.

Back-Up Doula: Rest assured, even if circumstances change unexpectedly, you'll have a backup doula ready to step in and provide the same level of care and support.

24/7 On-Call Starting at 37 Weeks: You can reach out to me anytime, day or night, starting at 37 weeks, ensuring peace of mind as your due date approaches. I'm always available for your texts, calls, and questions during business hours, and in emergencies, I'm just a call away.

Postpartum Support (1-4 hour shift during daytime/evening hours in the first week postpartum): After your baby's arrival, I'll be there to offer postpartum support, whether it's helping with breastfeeding, providing emotional support, or assisting with any other needs you may have. I often encourage parents to take a nap while I care for the baby and tend to making a snack for them or tidying something needing to be done. We'll also have a debrief session to discuss your birth experience and address any questions or concerns you may have during the first week postpartum.

Flexibility: The postpartum period can be unpredictable, and additional postpartum hours can be added as needed to ensure that you receive the support you require during this crucial time.
