Hey there! I’m Coral Adams, your dedicated companion for this remarkable journey ahead. I’m ready to infuse your birthing journey with warmth, support, and a touch of magic as we navigate through this profound and transformative time.

As your doula, I bring a special mix of empathy, sincerity, and unwavering commitment to our partnership.

I’m the one who’s vibrant, genuine, and authentically myself. Because —- let’s be real, a sincere connection can be a powerful force, especially during the miracle of childbirth.

My journey into doula-hood was sparked by a deep-rooted desire to contribute positively and be a part of something meaningful.
The catalyst? Well, that came when I embraced motherhood myself. It ignited a passion within me to lend support to parents in need, drawing upon every ounce of skill and wisdom I possess.

This isn't just a job for me—it's my passion, my soul's work, the very essence of who I am.

I’ve dedicated myself to supporting families during this critical time, undergoing trainings to ensure the highest quality of care. I attended Doula Training Canada, where I met the requirements to become both a birth doula and a postpartum doula. My education also includes prenatal classes, a basics in lactation course, a breastfeeding master class, and virtual doula workshops. I’ve also completed courses in holistic practices and knowledge, doula business trainings, and I’m certified in CPR and emergency first aid. Additionally, I am fully insured and maintain a clean criminal record, providing you with peace of mind as we embark on this journey together.

To further expand my expertise, I’ve enrolled in additional schooling to cover areas such as surrogate support, diverse families and perinatal support, and postpartum topics. This commitment to continuous learning allows me to offer the most comprehensive and compassionate care possible.

When I’m not supporting families through the wonder of childbirth, you’ll find me immersed in my love for all things Halloween, gardening, or dancing in my kitchen. And let’s not forget about my furry friends—I adore animals, and they bring even more joy and warmth to our home.

Speaking of home, mine is filled with love, laughter, and endless gratitude. I share it with my amazing husband of 12 years and our incredible 10 year old daughter, who brings us more joy than we ever thought possible.

  • Coral was our doula for birth and postpartum. She was a source of comfort and encouragement before, during, and after birth. She provided non-judgemental support of our scheduled induction plan due to my advanced maternal age, keeping us informed of what to possibly expect. She even stepped in to help communicate my concerns with the labour and delivery nurses. As for postpartum care, Coral got us started as first-time parents and was super respectful of our space. You can tell how much she cares about birth, babies, families, and animals! I am grateful to have had Coral’s gentle and dedicated support during this most intimate and special time.

  • As a new parent navigating the uncertainties of childbirth and post partum, my journey was transformed by the incredible support I was able to receive from Coral.   • We had the pleasure of having Coral during the postpartum period for my second child. Coral was super helpful. She checked up us every so often prior to delivery and right after delivery. She was easy to communicate with and provided resources as I needed them. The most blessed aspect of having Coral was when we got home. Coral was flexible and available to help as we needed. She was so great with our 4 year old and entertained him so I could attend to the baby. When our 4 year old was in school, she assisted with the baby so I could nap and take a shower. I felt super comfortable leaving our newborn in her care. She was kind, respectful and gentle. Getting through the first couple of weeks with Coral by our side made the transition from 1-2 much easier and having a extra set of hands was amazing. I would do it again if I had to!
